Directions
Dice up onions, in a fry pan, cook them in the butter until opaque and soft, chop up cauliflower into florets wash and put half aside. In a large pot add onions, water, half the cauliflower and spices bring to a boil. Once cauliflower is softened, puree until smooth. Add the rest of the saved florets and let simmer until tender. Makes about 8 servings.
