Ingredients
1 Stalk Broccoli, cut into pieces1 Cup Carrots, sliced 1/2" pieces1/4 Cup Red Onion, Sliced1 tbsp. Flax seed meal(ground flax)1/4 tsp. Ground Turmeric
Directions
Add Carrots to steamer and steam for 5 minutes, Add remaining ingredients and steam 7 minutes until tender.
