Doc's Chili

Ingredients
3 c. chopped onion1 lb. extra lean ground turkey2 T. chili powder1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. ground mustard2 T. chopped garlic1 1/2 c. cooked pinto beans (15oz. can rinsed and drained)1 1/2 c. cooked black beans (15oz. can rinsed and drained)3 c. diced tomatoes (28oz. can, undrained)1 c. fat free, low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Spray a saucepan with cooking spray. Add onion and saute over med high heat, just until soft and just starting to brown. Add ground turkey and cook over medium heat breaking up meat with a spoon until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, mustard, garlic, beans, tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
