kale and tomato stew

Ingredients
2 pakages of kale1 can diced tomatoes1 stalk of leeks4 ears of corn3 cloves of garlic1 tablespoon of olive oil1 tablespoon of kosher salt1 tablespoon of black pepper1 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 qt. chicken stock.
Directions
In a large pot over medium heat, saute the leeks and garlic in olive oil. Next add teh kale. You may have to add it in batches to fit in all in the pot. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and nutmeg on the kale. Add the chicken stock, tomatoes, and corn. Cover the pot with a top. Let the stew cook for 20 minutes.
