Pineapple Zucchini Sugar Free Bread

Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Flour, white, 1.5 cup (Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .25 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 medium Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 6 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Zucchini, 2 cup, gratedCrushed Pineapple 0.5 cup
Combine dry ingredients except Splenda. Beat eggs add Splenda and vanilla, beat one minute. Stir in zucchini and pineapple and mix. Stir into dry ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick come out cleans.
For fat free use 3 egg whites instead of 2 eggs.
