Cheezy Squash Skillet Caserole

Ingredients
3 cups of sliced summer squash2 tblsp I Cant Beleive Its Not Buttersprinkle of salt and pepper3/4 cup 1% milkfat2 large eggs2 Slices White American Cheese
Directions
In a small skillet, appx 6 inch. saute cut up squash in I cant believe its not butter.
Cook till tender (dont over do it)
In a small bowl beat 2 eggs in 3/4 cup of 1% milk.
Break up two slices of white american cheese
Pour over squash and cover
Cook 10 min. on med. low heat.
makes 4 half cup servings
