Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1/2 tsp canola oil1 tblsp green onion, chopped1/2 clove garlic, minced1/3 c southwest egg beaters1 tsp cilantro1 small whole wheat tortilla2 tblsp shredded cheddar cheese, low-fat
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and saute vegetables ubtil tender. Add egg substitute and cilantro to skillet and continue to cook, stirring, until egg is set. Remove from heat and place cooked egg mixture down the center of a warmed tortilla, top with salsa, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up tortilla and enjoy.
