1. 6 Oz ground turkey (93%2. 6 Oz ground beef (lean)3. Italian breadcrumbs 1/4 cup4. onions 1 tablespoon5. garlic (1 tsp)6. black pepper (1 tsp)7. salt (1 tsp)
1. mix both ground meats in a bowl
2. Add breadcrumbs . onions, garlic, black pepper and salt
3. mix together and form into three patties
4. grill or cook on a nonstick pan untill well done or medium well done.
