Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
1 box linguini1 fresh zuchini1 fresh green pepper1 bunch asparagus1 bag frozen corn (or 2 ears, fresh)1/2 red onion2 cloves garlic
Directions
Dice vegetables to size preference. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil and crushed garlic in 12" pan. Add green pepper, asparagus, and onion. Saute 3-4 minutes, then add zuchini and corn. Saute additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Toss with linguini. Makes 6 1-cup servings.

Vegetables depend on the farmer's market, use whatever looks good! I have done this recipe with mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes...
