Tofu Burger with Burdock, Lotus Root & Carrot Mix

Ingredients
12 oz Tofu, Extra Firm1 Pkt Burdock, Lotus Root & Carrot Tofu Burger Patty Mix (House Foods Corp)1 tsp Canola Oil
Directions
1. Remove Tofu from packet & rinse well.
2. Gently Crumble the Tofu into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add Tofu Burger Mix to Crumbled Tofu and mix well
4. Form into 4 equal sized burgers.
5. Add Oil to large frying pan.
6. When Oil and pan are hot, add the Tofu patties.
7. Cook Tofu Patties until both sides are golden brown.

I like to squeeze some of the liquid out of the rinsed Tofu before crumbling.

You can serve with Soy Sauce, Ketchup, BBQ Sauce, or Ponzu. (Condiments not included in Nutritional Calculations)
