565 grams lean ground turkey (chicken) breast6 slices melba toast, ground¼ c. milk1 egg½ t. oregano½ t. Italian seasoning1 T. dry minced onion½ t. dry minced garlic1 ½ t. dry parsley flakesS&P
Pour milk over melba toast. Mix together all ingredients. Form 18 meatballs. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 min. in 2 mini muffin tins. Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs. 3 meatballs per person. Yum! Serve with a tossed salad.
