Roast Beef

Ingredients
500 g Corned Silverside ½ cup Cranberry Sauce, canned
Directions
Place silverside and cranberry sauce in a pot, add enough water to just cover the meat.
Cook on a medium heat until done (juices run clear when cut).
Place meat in an ovenproof dish and bake / grill for 15 mins or so.
Serve with fresh cauliflower and pumpkin.
