Cheesy fish and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 package of hash brown potatoes (shredded, not patties)1 cup of grated cheddar cheese1 can of cream of mushroom soup1 can of milk500 grams of sole fillets (any white fish will do)2 cups of Arctic Garden Spaghetti vegetables (or any other frozen vegetables- better if they have onions though)3 cloves of garlic crushed or garlic powderSalt and pepper to tastePam Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam
Combine all ingredients in pan
Bake for 20 minutes. Stir everything together, break up the fish, bake for another 20 minutes.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving so that the sauce thickens

    This was very yummy, I didn't have frozen premade hash browns so used shredded potatoes. Yum - 9/11/09
