1 cup oats1 cup nonfat cottage cheese1/4 cup egg whites (whites from 2 eggs)1/4 cup skim milk, hemp milk, or light soymilk2 small bananas, 1 pureed into batter and one sliced and thrown in as pancakes are cooking1 tsp vanilla extract
