3 Tb lemon juice2 Tb red wine vinegar1 tsp olive oil2 tsp anchovy paste1 tsp black pepper1-1/2 Tbs garlic,minced1-1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 cup fat free parmesan cheese6 oz nonfat ricotta cheese1 Tb nonfat mayonnaise1 Tb balsamic vinegar
Directions
combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
