You need panner in the shape of triangle. Cut them from the middle like a sandwich slice but not till the end. Just enough to fill in stuff and seal it. In a bowl take a few paneer scrapes, add chopped coriander leaf, chopped green chilli, raisins, cashew powdered and a little bit of salt. Fill this stuffing inside the paneer sandwich. Make a batter out of maida/ all purpose flour and add water to make a thin batter. Seal all the three sides of the paneer triangles and fry in oil. To make the sauce, take oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and cook. then add salt, turmeric powder. Then add chopped tomatoes, and cook till the oil comes out. Then add chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Cook all the ingredients well and add little water if needed. Then add the fried paneer triangles to the gravy and simmer for a while. Then add the cream and bring to a boil. Garnish with coriander leaf
