Chicken tenderloins, thawed, not cookedegg substitutecorn flakes (crushed)parmesan cheese(1/8th cup)season to taste
Directions
mix crushed corn flakes, parmesan cheese, and desired seasonings
dip chicken into eggs, then coat with corn flake mixture.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear
