Thai marinade/sauce

Ingredients
Makes about 3.5 cups or 875 ml115 gr Coriander, fresh (stems and leaves)85 gr Ginger, fresh, peeledlime juice, from two limes 50 garlic, fresh, 50 gr Basil, fresh leaves, 50 gr Chili, fresh green4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 can coconut milk
Directions
combine all ingredients, except coconut milk in a food processor. Combine until quite smooth. With food processor running add coconut milk. Puree until very smooth. Store in a jar in the refridgerator.
