Leftover Steak & Black Bean Chili (2 cups)

Ingredients
5 Stalks of Celery15 large baby carrots1 cup of diced assorted peppers14oz of leftover steak chopped (or other meat)1 large can of diced tomatoes 1 small can of tomato paste4 cups of leftover pureed hearty vegetable soup1 cup of salsaspices to taste1 can of black beans, rinsed
Directions
Dice vegetables and meat, saute together.
Add tomatoes and beans. Add vegetable puree, tomato paste and salsa. Season to taste.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Makes 7 x 2 cup servings.
