Whole Wheat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1/3 c Brown Sugar1/2 c Butter1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 large egg1 1/2 c old-fashioned oats1/2 c whole wheat pastry flour1/2 c raisins
Directions
Preheat oven 375.

Makes 28 cookies when using a 1 Tbs cooking dough scoop.

Mix all ingredients except oats, flour and raisins in a large bowl until blended.

Stir in oats, flour and raisins.

Drop in round Tbs about 2 inches apart on a non-greased cookie sheet. Parchment paper works best.

Bake 9-11 minutes. Immediately remove from pan and cook on wire racks.
