The Great 8 Fruit Salad w/ Lowfat Creamy Dressing

Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup Strawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, sliced Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, sliced Pears, fresh, 1 cup slices Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped Plums, 1 cup, sliced Nectarines, 2 cup slices Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed or chunksCreamy DressingCream Cheese, Philidelphia 1/3 Fat, 8 ozPowdered Sugar, .33 cupVanilla extract, imitation, 1.5 tspMilk, nonfat, 1 tbsp
Cut all fruit (except blueberries) into bite size pieces and combine in bowl. Cover and chill in fridge while making dressing.
Soften cream cheese in medium bowl in microwave for about 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Add milk and blend again.
Pour dressing over fruit and mix with spatula.
Serve chilled. Makes about 11-1 cup servings.
