Summer Cuccumber Salad

Ingredients
3 med cucumbers, thinly sliced1/2 lg onion, thinly sliced1/3 cup Red wine vinegar1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Add cucumbers and onions to bowl, sprinkle salt and sugar over top and then add vinegar. Mix gently with hands and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
