Mary's Grilled Salad

One Romaine Heart slice length wise in half1.5 Tbs Extra Light Olive Oil1Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese1 oz Reduced Fat Feta Cheese2 slices of red onion (sliced very, very thin)1 Tomato sliced very thin1Tbs Balsamic Vingear
Wash and slice Romaine length wise and dry as much as possible.
Heat grill to low/medium heat. Drizzle olive oil into both halves of romaine, let sit 2-3 minutes then place face down onto grill. Cook 2-3 minutes then turn over and allow to cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill and sprinkle w/ parmesan and feta cheese, top w/ red onion, tomato and balsamic vinegar and enjoy!!
