Fresh Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
Ready bake dough.1 tub whipped cream cheese.1 packet ranch powderLots and lots of fresh veggies!
Directions
Bake dough as directed. (I used a 9x13 pan)
Mix cream cheese & ranch powder (i used a whole packet...probably would be better with just half).
Spread on cooled crust.
Top off with all your favorite fresh veggies.

I then cut it into 12 squares.
