1 lb of lean hamburger52 ounces of pasta sauce1/2 cup parmesan cheese2 cups mozzarella cheese2 cups 0r 15 oz. of cottage cheese1 pkg of lasagne noodles (approx 16)
Preheat oven to 350
Combine cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and pamesan cheese mix well.
In seperate bowl add browned meat and pasta sauce mix well.
in a 9x13 pan, layer starting with 1 cup meat/pasta sauce mixture. Then layer noodles, 1/3 cup cheese mixture top with 1/3 cup of meat mixture repeat.
Cover with foil. Bake 55 minutes
Remove foil and put remaining mozzarella cheese cook an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
