2 Medium Zucchinis, sliced1/2 an Eggplant, cubed1 onion, sliced2 cups of sliced mushrooms1/4 cup of Balsamic Dressing1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Summer Savory, dried1 tsp Oregano, dried
Mix all ingredients together well.
Wrap in aluminum foil, shiny side in, and put in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
