***you will need an 8' x 12' baking dish of your preference**** 1-2lbs of ground beef* 1-2 cups of elbow noodles* 1 8oz. cheddar cheese (block)* 1 8oz. bag of four cheese mexican blend* 1- 2 cans of tomato sauce or paste *********************************************************1- brown the ground beef and drain the greese off2- boil the elbow noodles in water & drain (optional to add oil or salt for tenderness and taste)3- mix the ground beef and elbow noodles together with the tomato sauce/paste(season to your taste)4- make 1 layer of beef mixture, then make a layer of sliced cheese, then another layer of beef mixture, finally top with shreaded cheese . you may sprinkle some parmesan on top of shreadded cheesebake in oven @ 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until ccheese is melted (middle & top)enjoy
