Sauteed Veggie Medly

Ingredients
1/4 cup EVOO1 head of chopped white cabbage1 can of corn.5 cup chopped scallions (or any onion)1.5 cups chopped yellow/summer squash2 cup chopped zucchini1 can diced tomatoes1 tbsp garlic powder2 tsp black pepper2 cups veggie brothsalt
Directions
Heat oil in medium sautee pan, add scallions. Cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Add cabbage, zucchini, and squash, sautee - about 10 minutes, add in corn, tomatoes, garlic powered, broth and simmer until squash is tender.

Make about 6 1.5 cup servings.
