Eggplants Broth

Ingredients
Eggplant, fresh, 1000 gramsSalt, 2 tsp Orkide sunflower oil, 20 gram(s) Beef chuck, 250 grams Garlic, 2 clovesOnions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Potato, raw, 1 cup dicedAllspice, 2 tspCelery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
Directions
Unpeeled the eggplants, potato, onion, and garlic.
Dice and wash them.
Place all inredients together in a pot on fire except for the celery.
Leave on fire for about 90 minutes but keep eye on it.
Once it's done, add celery then leave on fire for another 5 minutes.
