My Green smoothie

Ingredients
72 grams banana7 grams flaxseed oil105 grams fresh spinach54 grams soft tofu1 serving Promise Active Supershots (the bottle says 1 it helps lower cholesterol, but there are other kinds available)1 serving of Secure protein mix10 oz of water, plus 6 ice cubes
Directions
I put them in the vitamix using the same order as listed. Turn in on and let it mix together for less than a minute.
This will make a Huge drink (around 30-34 oz depending on how much ice and water) which I can finish in one sitting but I am sure it will take longer for some. Enjoy!!
