Chili

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef1/4 cup peppers chopped1 med onion chopped1 can diced tomato1 can red kidney beans2 tbsp chili powder1 clove garlic minced1/2 cup salsa1/2 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions, peppers and garlic in pan with olive oil. Add beef and cook until done. Add can tomatos, beans and salsa. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 30 min. Serve with mulitgrain tostitos and a sprinkle of chedder cheese if desired.
