Directions
In a blender, combine approx. 4 c. of any type of berry or fruit; add a couple servings of complimentary (berry) flavored, fat-free yogurt; 4 scoops of whey protein powder and a little milk...then blend away. Pour into 4 x 12 oz. cups.
