Berry High Protein Yogurt

Ingredients
16 oz plain low fat yogurt2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened berries4 scoops (about 80 grams) protein (vanilla or strawberry)2 packets splenda (optional)
Directions
Line a 2 cup mesh strainer with a paper coffee filter and place it over a mixing bowl. Fill the filter with the yogurt, cover with a clean cloth or wax paper, and place in the fridge for several hours. In a blender, puree the berries, protein and splenda. Once the yogurt has drained and thickened, mix in berry puree.

Makes 4 1 cup servings, stores in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    Delicious! I substituted Oikos fat-free plain Greek yogurt. It's even higher in protein and takes much less time than having to wait several hours for regular yogurt to strain. 202 calories/serving, 34.5g protein, 1.1g fat. - 9/26/12
