Ingredients
3 Medium sized red potatoes3 TBSP Butter4 Cloves Garlic1/4 cup Skim Milk1/4 Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cube potatoes and boil for 10 minutes, then reduce to medium heat for 5 minutes (or until soft). Mash Potatoes, add everything else, and stir.
