Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs1 cup coconut oil2 cups Splenda2 cups grated zucchini2 tsp vanilla3 cups whole wheat flour3 tsp ground cinnamon1 stp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 8x4 inch loaf pans
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy. Mix in oil and Splenda. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt. Stir into the egg mixture. Divide batter into prepared pans.
3. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until done.
