Mushroom and Onion "Cheesesteak"

Ingredients
Ingredients:Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)*Bread, Arnold Bread, Double Fiber Whole Wheat, 2 serving (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, .5 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove)Salsa, Southwest Salsa (Safeway Select brand), 1 tbsp
Directions
Put olive oil in bottom of small skillet and put on medium heat
Add onions, mushrooms, green pepper to skillet and all seasonings
Toast bread
After stiring vegetables, once brown, tender and onions carmelize push into a mound in center of skillet
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over mound of vegetables and let melt
Lift cheesesteak with spatula and place on toasted bread
Put tomatoes on top of "steak"
Add salsa and fresh basil, top with other slice of bread
