Grilled Yellow Squash

Ingredients
4 Medium Yellow Squash2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oilSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice squash into 1/4 in. slices.
Combine all ingredients in bowl to mix.
Grill squash 1-2 min. on each side, or until tender.

Makes 4 servings (1 med. squash = 1 serving)
