Pasta Slice

Ingredients
4 small Onions roughly chopped3 tbsp Olive Oil500g Ground beef3 tbsp Soy Sauce2 tbsp Chutney350g Mixed Vegetables, frozen250g Pasta (any type), cooked according to packet insructions2 cups Cheese Sauce, 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
Using 2 tbsp of oil, fry onions until just turning brown. Remvoce from pan.
Add last tbsp of oil and ground beef. Fry until beef is cooked. Add onions and mix well.
Add Soy sauce and chutney and mix well.
Add vegetables and cook until done and no more juices are left in pan.
Mix pasta and ground beef-mixture and put into an ovenproof dish,
Pour over cheese sauce. Top with grated cheese.
Bake in oven at 160/180 C (140/160 fan-forced) for about 45 mins or until cheese is golden brown.
Serve with a nice green salad.
