Basic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter2 Tbsp Flour2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
2. Add flour and stir to combine. Cook about 30 seconds.
3. Add heavy cream in stages, whisking to make sure there are no lumps. Cook to boiling. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes. Stirring Constantly.
4. Remove from heat and add cheeses, a handful at a time, making sure each handful is melted before adding the next.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
