Ingredients
1 Cup canned Turkey2 cups cabbage, shredded1/2 cup mushroom, sliced1/2 cup carrots, grated2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced2 green onions, thinly sliced1 can mandarin oranges rinsed and drainedblack pepper3 Tbsp Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, combine turkey, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, cilantro, cucumber and dressing. Toss well.

Top with green onions and mandarin oranges. Pepper to taste.

Serve 5 - 1 cup servings
