White Sauce for Perogies

  • Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter, melted2 tbsp flour1/2 tsp pepper1 cup milk
Directions
Melt butter in microwave. Whisk in flour and pepper. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Slowly add milk, whisking all the time.

Microwave in 1.5 minute increments, whisking inbetween each time, until it boils and thickens. Serve immediately on perogies.
