14 ounces Catelli pasta1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast meat, cut into thin strips2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning1 tablespoon butter2 medium green bell peppers, seeded, deribbed and chopped1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and chopped12 whole fresh mushrooms, sliced3 green onions, chopped2 1/2 cups half and half1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon black pepper6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Toss chopped chicken with 2 tbsp cajun seasoning. Fry in butter until no longer pink. Add vegetables and saute about 3-5 minutes. Add cream, 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp lemon pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, heat through and toss with cooked pasta. Add parmesan
