cabbage rolls

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) White Rice, long grain1 small head of cabbage, fresh1 Egg, freshSalsa, 1 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Directions
Cook cabbage till tender and cut whole leaves off - let cool. Mix ground turkey, chopped scallions, rice, egg, and 1/3 cup salsa in a bowl. Make mixture into a ball and wrap cabbage leaf around the meatball. Should make about 12 cabbage rolls. Put remainder of the salsa on top of each roll and sprinkle parmesan on top. Chop the rest of cabbage place in baking pan. Bake on 350 for 45 min.
