Fresh Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 large bunch fresh Broccoli; peeled and chopped1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped onion2 1/2 tbsp. imitation bacon bits1/2 cup light or low fat mayonnaise1/2 cup Splenda sugar blend for baking1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions
In small bowl mix mayonnaise,sugar, cider vinegar and set a side.


In large bowl mix broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins, onion, bacon bits. Then with ingredients from small bowl pour over Salad and toss.


Make 12 - 1 cup servings
