Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

1 tbsp Olive Oil2 links Chicken sausage1 small onion chopped 4 cloves Garlic, minced1 Leek, chopped 4 cups Chicken Broth2/3 cup Water1 cup Red Wine1 can stewed tomatoes1 cup Carrots , chopped.5 tbsp Dried Basil .5 tbsp Dried Oregano 1 cup Tomato Sauce 12 oz Cheese Tortellini2 Bell Peppers, sliced
In a large pot, heat oil over med-high heat. Add sausage, onions, and garlic. Saute until sausage is cooked.
Add stock, wine, water, tomatoes, carrots, leek, basil, oregano, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes (the longer it simmers, the better it will taste).
Turn up heat and return to a boil. Add tortellini and peppers. Boil until tortellini is tender. Turn off heat and allow to cool before serving.
