Spicy Oriental Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 can (20 Oz) Pineapple Chunks1/2 cup ketchup1 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce2 tbsp vegetable oil1 cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup green beans1 cup scallions
Directions
Drain pineapple reserver 2 tbsp pineapple juice

mix ketchup, pineapple juice, chili powder, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce in bowl and set aside

heat 1tbsp oil over medium high heat in a large skillet

add bell pepper cook 1-2 minutes

add green beans cook 2 more minutes

remove vegetables from pan

add remaining 1tbsp oil to the pan

cook 3-4 minutes

stir sauce, pineapple, scallions and vegetables to heat through

serve with noodles
