My Mango Lassi

Ingredients
In blender, combine sliced mangoes, mango pulp, yogurt, milk, water, sugar (or honey), and ground cardamon. Blend on Puree setting (with and occasional pulse) for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Check for consistency and add more water as needed until desired thickness reached,
Directions

Blend and pour over ice to serve.
Makes six (6), 8 oz. servings.
