* Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup (I use the store brand so it's cheaper but it's basically the same thing.) * Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1/2 cup * Blueberries, fresh, 1/2 cup * Strawberries, fresh, 3 large (1-3/8" dia), cut up * Ice cubes
Just throw it all in the blender & whip it up. Makes about 2 cups of finished smoothie, depending on how much ice you put in.
