Ground turkey chilli

Ingredients
Onions 2 cups slicedcelery large (1 pack)Ground turkey 8 oz approxBlack beans canned (rinse the beans and discard canned solution)Ortega chilli seasoning 1/2 packetTomatoes diced or crushedOlive oil 1 tbsp
Directions
1) Heat oil, saute onion and celery till light brown.
2) Add ground turkey and brown the meat as well.
3) Add seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans and black pepper. Saute well
4) Cover and simmer for 10 mins. The consistency will be thick and hearty! (adjust salt if needed)
5) Serve hot with croutons (optional)
