Magpie's Easy Meatloaf

1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef1/2 lb Lean Ground Pork1 large egg1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers1 tsp minced Garlic1/2 cup dry quick cooking oats1/2 cup Progresso plain bread crumbs1 cup skim milk1/2 cup Hunt's Ketchup, divided into 1/4 cup portions1 tsp worcestershire saucecooking spray
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute onions, peppers and garlic with cooking spray until just soft. Set aside.
Mix ground beef and ground pork together well in a large mixing bowl. Add egg, milk, worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of the ketchup and mix together.
Next, add the onion/pepper mixture, oats and bread crumbs and mix well.
Use a loaf pan or shape as desired in a glass baking dish. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. At this point you can refrigerate the meatloaf until you are ready to bake it.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 60-80 minutes or until the center is done.
